After your purchase, you will be emailed a link to access your gift card order. You will receive the order link to the email address associated to your billing details.<\/p>

Usually orders take only a few minutes. If it is your first time purchasing, ID verification may be required. Check your email for instructions on how to complete this process. Once your ID has been submitted, it usually only takes a few minutes for us to approve and send out your order!<\/p>

Most gift cards require you to have your account settings configured to the United States<\/strong>. To do this, go into your account settings, change the country to United States then try again.<\/p>

In the unfortunate event we had to refund your order, it could have been due to a number of reasons. We do have limits on how much can be purchased per customer, and we do have some fraud risk software that sometimes will tell us it is not safe to process the transaction.
